We are extremely excited to announce the Brand Storytelling Brand Film Certification! This 100% online professional certification is taught by industry leaders connected to Brand Storytelling’s world-class network of professionals in media, production, marketing, advertising, culture and entertainment.
Powered by the ETSU Research Corporation, the certification will appeal to industry professionals and recent college graduates looking to better understand the intersection of business, brand and film. The first Brand Storytelling Certification cohort begins Jan. 31, 2022, with five additional cohorts launching later in the year.
Congratulations to Research Corporation CMO Stephen Marshall on spearheading this industry partnership with Brand Storytelling. He will also attend Sundance Film Festival this January in Park City, Utah, to announce the certification program with a team of ETSU representatives.
The city of Kingsport announced the Innovation Village and its commitment to support entrepreneurs, remote work and innovators in the heart of downtown Kingsport. The Innovation Village includes photography and videography studios, events space, technology enabled conference rooms, large format printers and is home to a large gallery. Also, tech enabled co-working spaces and private offices are available for rent to entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Highlights
We are looking for spring 2022 interns to help us activate RC projects. If you know a current ETSU student interested in gaining work experience, encourage them to apply by Dec. 15.
Veterans will learn entrepreneurial skills needed to launch a successful business and gain a network of support through STRIVE, an eight-week course beginning in March 2022. Application closes Dec. 31.
iBucs Competition is a “Shark Tank” style competition open to students and faculty looking to win seed money for their innovative ideas. Applications are due Feb. 15.
